岗位介绍

一、外籍英语教师（10名）

需求专业：

不限专业

岗位职责:

1、英语教学：设计并开展适合幼儿的趣味英语课程（如歌曲、游戏、故事等），营造沉浸式语言环境；

2、幼儿照护与成长引导：通过互动活动促进孩子的社交、情感及认知发展，协助日常保育（用餐、午休、卫生等）；

3、跨文化融合：引入国际教育理念，与中方教师协作实施双语教学，传递多元文化；

4、家校沟通：定期向家长反馈孩子的学习与表现，参与家长会或开放日活动；

5、活动参与：组织或配合节日庆典、演出等校园活动，提升幼儿参与感；

6、专业提升：参加学校培训及教研会议，优化教学方法。

岗位要求:

1、本科及以上学历，男女不限；

2、来自英语为母语国的国家（英国、美国、澳大利亚、加拿大、新西兰、爱尔兰、南非）

3、有TEFL/TESOL/CELTA证书

职位描述

岗位职责：

Teaching & Classroom Management
· Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons (songs, games, storytelling, etc.).
· Maintain a fun, safe, and interactive learning environment.
Child Development & Care
· Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based activities.
· Assist with daily routines (meals, naps, hygiene) alongside local staff.
Cultural Exchange
· Introduce Western teaching methods and cultural elements.
· Collaborate with Chinese teachers to blend bilingual education.
Communication & Feedback
· Provide regular updates to parents on children’s progress.
· Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
School Activities
· Participate in events (holiday celebrations, performances, parent-open days).

岗位要求：

Requirements：

· Native speaker from English-speaking country

· Bachelor Degree or above, no major limited

· TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certified

投递说明：

We offer a competitive salary ranging from 12,000 to 20,000 CNY (before tax) based on qualifications, along with paid summer and winter vacations and 11 official Chinese holidays.
